These have older Cherry Blacks and double shots I believe.

You could:
A. Harvest it for the switches.
B. Harvest it for the keycaps.
C. A and B.
D. Sacrifice a rubber dome for the controller and spaghetti wire the thing to either PS/2 or USB, or even mod it into a wireless tenkeyless like this guy.
E. Let it lie in your collection.

Aside from funky Ctrl keys, that board looks awesome. I would go for it just for the caps otherwise.

Sorry. Apparently the ones with the yellow arrow keys are the Cherry black ones. These look very similar and have an RJ connector just like the Cherry ones.
