Good price..  Will likely need a cleaning, though.

lol, the listing has 'rare' 'old' 'antique' in the description. Means the seller just thought it was an old piece of crap.

Someone bought it...  The one in the pic sure looks like a 1391401 to me, btw.

MissleMike,

Remember that Dell you bought...it's from the same seller.  If you remember, that seller often lists keyboards which don't match the picture.  I think you lucked out, but others I think were obviously scammed.  Do not trust any pictures or information from this seller as they are often very unreliable.  However, the prices are pretty good, so if you're willing to take a chance, you might get lucky.

Notice the words in this listing, "some are cleaner than others.. but all functional with all of the key caps", which I guess means there's a lot of these keyboards, perhaps not all the same model numbers, and I guess we'll be seeing more being listed in the future.

That would be grounds for a significantly not as described through paypal if it showed up as a rubber dome or something. Or just a credit card reversal, which paypal doesn't like happening.

If I remember correctly, she used the exact same photo for several different auctions.  One of them was a Model M with a Dell logo, but others were IBM logos.  She's probably doing the same thing now.  She has several keyboards and one photo.  They're all probably going to be buckling spring Model M's, but the exact part numbers may vary.  So if you were looking for a very specific keyboard, best to check with her first to be sure the photo matches the description.

Ah yes I remember that listing well.  I ordered two, one was okay and one was complete crap.  Probably best to avoid unless you're feeling lucky.
