Hello,
Please allow me to introduce myself. I had been an opportunistic voyeur of this forum since the summer of 2010. In December, with the purchase of a Rosewill RK-9000, my misdemeanor curiosity of geekhack wobbled itself into full felony status. Since fondling my first set of Cherry MX "Blues" I have quit my job, and moved fulltime into the bushes under geekhack's bedroom window.

Now on to the post!
Ever since my first taste of the "click" I, like many of you, have been scouring the internet looking for Cherry keyboards that have lost their innocence and are now willing to give up their
sweet key caps for a bus ticket and $20.00. During my search I stumbled across this
http://trash.net/~luethi/microchip/datasheets/kbd_spec.pdf which appears to be written in "Wahdah****isthat."
Now, I realize it's about a membrane step-child of the Cherry family (
G83-6000), but I thought if nothing else some of you might find it interesting.
Also, I recently pulled the trigger on one of TG3's Backlit MX "Black" Beauties. It was from the same EBay seller who's sold a number of them to other forum members.
$25.00+$6.50 for shipping. My plan is to harvest it for QWERTY, but you never know. I may fall in love with its smooth force curve and rugged exterior--I'm such a romantic! Now if only there was a key cap removal tool for sale under Amazon Prime.
I look forward to contributing Ripster quality macro-photographs of the TG3's makeover, and whatever else I may be able to contribute in the future.
