Looking for Cherry G80-1800 US layout
« on: Fri, 13 May 2011, 17:45:52 »
Good morrow!

I'm actually looking for something not too pricey for work. I've been tired of sharing my bloody board with the nightshift guy and I'm looking for something compact, but that still has the numkeys. (working is a game dev studio and I need to create docs in excel)

SO I'm looking for something not too big, not too small in the shape of the G80-1800.

Model: G80-1800
Layout: US
Keys: Do not care (Winkey is needed)
Switch: MX Black will do. I'm also open to other colors

Not looking to buy an overrated Filco, just something basic as a daily driver. I need a compact model so I can lock it up in my desk.

Seller would be able to ship to snowy Canada. Montreal, QC as stated in the Location tab under the avatar.

I'm open to offers and other models. Thread crapping approved and welcome if funny!

If MY switches become an option, let me know. I'd get you a capless G81-1800 for mere shipping costs.
I trolled Geekhack and all I got was an eponymous SPOS.

Thx Ascaii, keep me updated. I've seen a model or two on ebay.com. Awaiting replies from sellers if they can ship to Canada.

It's ok. Take your time and if the shipping is humongous, I'm sure a fellow friend on DH will be glad to take it. I've seen a WTB or two regarding G80-1800 there.

Thx again and enjoy your weekend! (maybe of finding rare and novelty boards)
