For Sale or Trade $40 open-box new JIS Japanese USB white complicated ALPS-clone. Buffalo brand, and the in-person look and feel remind me of my Scorpius M10 (not that I want to imply M10 quality and dependability).

Picked this up because it was an inexpensive Japanese mechanical that I was sure would be complicated white ALPS. Feels like them, but turns out the switches are clones, not ALPS, or else they forgot to label them (not bloody likely). Apologies for the lack of focus, but the only thing that picture is trying to show is lack of the letters "ALPS".

Note the PgUp key sits higher than its neighbors. The cap is on tightly, and it might be correctable by resoldering the switch. However, I break things too often to want to try this repair myself.

EDIT - comes with USB-to-PS2 purple adapter.

I'd like to fleece someone of $40 + shipping for this board. CONUS preferred.
I'll also entertain trades, but I don't have anything in mind right now.

I trolled Geekhack and all I got was an eponymous SPOS.
