No, but I can tell you a little about it. It is an 'eclectic' area. It's about 2/3 $200,000-400,000 Victorian residential single family and apartment buildings (what I live in), and 1/3 slum / project apartment buildings on the very edge of the city center. So you've got a bunch of upwardly mobile artsy stained glass loving hybrid driving types, living next to welfare living on crackhead wandering around in the streets with 11 children types. Thankfully there is surprising low violent crime around here, though lots of theft and such that goes hand in hand with crackhead types. I've had my car stereo stolen 4 times. Since the last time I stopped locking the doors so if they really want to steal it they won't have to smash my windows. Driving without a stereo for a few days is much less annoying than without a front windshield (yes they smashed that to get in, why? they're crackheads). Then you have the retail places. We have a store tha only sells old fashioned mens hats for several hundred, used bookstore for $.50 a book on average, and a witchcraft store. We have a gourmet grocery that sells things like $40/3oz. white truffles, next to a bar that is frequented by biker types who love $1.50 bottles of PBR. On one street we have a Fancy $80+ per person Italian bistro, and farther down 2 blocks a BBQ place that cooks stuff outside in a smoker that is made out of old oil drums, and a Vietnamese place. It's a pretty interesting area. I'll probably miss the mix when I move to Kiev.
