I have the same board using proprietary MEI switches with cherry stems, I haven't seen an ML version of this. Nice find. Im attaching pics of my board.

As for number two, youre looking at a HOM design, basic hammer over membrane. I wouldnt keep it personally, but if it feels nice to you...

that's the thing. i haven't seen switches like these on these boards yet. i personally have not tried the second. what do they feel like? any of them worth buying? thanks for the input.

Second one is a rubber dome keyboard.

Almost all of the Unicomp On The Ball keyboards out there are rubber dome variants.

it isn't a unicomp. anyway, i bought the first one. second one just seems iffy.
