2x G80-1819HEU. These use clears. One is missing a ton of caps but the other is all there. They have a ton of custom caps since they came from Seafirst bank. What i found weird was that the numpad keys are not doubleshots like they should be. All the other non custom keys are not worn at all since they are in fact doubleshots.
NCR G80-0528H/10. This one is i pretty good condition. I need to grab a DIN-PS2 converter so I can test it out. It used Cherry Blacks and looks like it may have NKRO since there are diodes under the keys. I might just end up using the blacks for a ghetto red mod though.
Chicony KB-5581. Pretty cool board with the trackball attached. I initially thought I was going to take the blue out of it and put them into the 1800 but I might end up trading this one since I know some people like the idea of the attached trackball. It is platemounted with doubleshots as well. The ball needs cleaning and doesnt glide since a piece of plastic inside snapped but I'm prettt sure I can fix it easily.
I also found some crappy KeyTronic dome boards that came from a casino or something. They had a bunch of colorful keys that had money symbols and such on them. They also had red keys that said WIN on them that I thought was hilariously awesome. I popped one off and low and behold it had another blank key under it. Just like Model Ms. The owner happened to have one M laying around and I snapped it on and it fit. The boards were for sure dome and I found a third that was the normal crappy kind of dome keys. I snagged them both since I figured they would make cool escape keys
All in all it was a good 30min if scrounging. They guy working there is going to keep his eye out for cherry boards for me and was pretty cool. The sad part is 99% of these boards get sold as scrap. The owner told me they get $0.25 cents per pound. So sad to think how many cool keyboards they have sold as scrap.
