Needd help with identification

Dear geekhackers,

I recently got my first mechanical keyboard and absolutely love it (note: http://www.flickr.com/photos/peterriddersholm/5859734068/in/photostream/). That shouldn't be a surprice to any of you.

However, since I am a developer I use my keyboard a lot at work, so naturally I need a keyboard for that as well :)

Long story short, I think I'll go for a Cherry keyboard - more specifically I am looking at this one:

http://cgi.ebay.de/Tas-Cherry-G80-3000LQCDE-2-USB-PS-2-schwarz-/350466778808?pt=M%C3%A4use_Tastaturen&hash=item519972a6b8#ht_1286wt_1059

Should be pretty easy to get nordic keys for this one...

My concern is weather it actually is clear MXs. It says both G80-3000LQCDE-2 and G81-3000LPDDE. What is the first "D" anyways - it doesn't say anything about a "D" at the Dating+Cherry+keyboards wiki...

Furthermore it says "Tas Cherry"... I am confused :/

Anyway, thanks for letting me into this world of keyboards - I feel it'll be hard to escape any time soon...

There's one like this on eBay US atm. It's a G81-3000 (MY switches, NOT MX).

I think that both model numbers must be printed on the case, or box, or something like that. The seller probably isn't aware of the difference.

Can't say for sure if that's the case with the one you posted, but I'll bet that it is.

Oh, didn't even notice the G81 - that makes much more sense. Not that I know which one it actually is, but anyways... thanks!
