heh heh.

I saw a guy snatch a June Bug out of the air and pop it into a bowl and smoke it. I asked him what it tasted like. He said dryly "Exactly what you think a June bug would taste like"

This one doesn't have glasses so maybe not appropriate for here, perhaps I should remove.

I have never put a video into forum, so I guess just follow link. It's from the Richard Rogriguez film "Machete". Appropriate here.

I'm gonna have to change my avatar to some kind of studly GeekGUY - like Clark Kent or Jean Luc ---or wait, I know...  DATA!! Fully functional AND he can tap dance!  Yowza!

Or maybe Spike - he was really quite the geek even as a vampire - moreso before that

I've had a long line of pet hounds, many of them beagles (2 beagles right now).

They're sweet and loyal, but not the best problem-solvers. :P
That keen nose comes at a price.

I'm currently favoring Basset Hounds as my favorite hound breed, but still haven't owned a dachshund or a bloodhound :P

My beagles problem solving ability seems to improve, within limits, in direct proportion to the deliciousness of the motivation.  The nose can short the brain to ground or focus the brain, all depends on the motivation.

Haha.  Let me know when you're done trying to one-up people on a keyboard forum.

TRYING??? I just did. Glad you laughed though. You're right, it is very childish...just like you being a negative nilly all over the place. Name calling is sooo kindergarden. I just dished out to you what you were dishing out to others. Don't engage with someone on a personal level here, it's not the place. That's all I've done in my posts...reflected it right back. It seems to make people aware.

You're welcome...I like to improve mensa-loafs. I did it for you.
You're such a 1-upper yourself. Don't be proud of that. Just back away.

EDIT- I don't think you have contributed one post in this particular thread that has been on-topic, pictures or not. Attempting to derail only, so why are you posting here? Open a bashing thread, that seems to be your "thing".

Aw man... finally get back to Geekhack (since it gets filtered at work now... stupid websense) and find that Ripster is under attack and Geekgirl has gone into hiding?? Boo...

Ripster is easily one of the most consistently funny posters on any forum I've ever frequented. In many ways Ripster IS Geekhack. This place would be a lot worse off without him imho. Back off haters!

I prefer the key caps my unicomp has than the ones my das has. They are thicker, they have a rougher texture, they shine less quickly.
I think it's because unicomp uses PBT plastic whereas das uses ABS. I definitely prefer PBT, key caps have a lot to do with the feeling you get while typing, I think.
Leopold's key caps seem thicker and seem to have a better texture than filco's key caps (from the pictures at least). This is why I bought a leopold instead of a filco.
I could have replaced the key caps with KBC PBTs, but I didn't have that much to spend.

I'm not attempting to be you, I don't act like you, you're not my hero. And I'm not a poser.
I remember people by their avatar, not by their username. I'm that kind of visual guy.
I was shocked when you removed it. I'm not posting often (I don't have 38k posts), but I read a lot.

This has affected me as much as the new design and new logo. I'm going to change it when you'll change yours back to geek girl.
Well I can change it if you really want me to, not a big deal to me.

BUT DON'T CALL ME A POSER.
Hoping to hear from you again, your dearest friend, sam113101.

At first I was going to ridicule this choice because I thought she had some facial hair management issues, then i realized it was lint on my screen :P
