I like my "Copy    Play   Test"   key  (it's a regularly-sized key that I found on an IBM terminal board).   Lots of funny keys on them terminal boards : )

Rule Home on the face, upwards diagonal arrow on the front of the home key in the middle of the arrow keys on my 1397000.

The "Jump" key is pretty nice, too. I also have a key that has <, >, |, \ all on it.

And my escape is to the left of the 1 key, not all by itself. By default it's on the numpad where numlock usually is on this keyboard, though.

Are you kidding?  That's probably my favorite.

When a keyboard only has a typical enter key, though, I'd probably go for tab.  With the arrows pointing in opposite directions it has a certain sense of ambivalence about it.

Help(Hex), Play(Test), blue SetUp, any of those terminal keys are pretty cool. Of course, there's always the OMNI key vs. Home(Rule), FIGHT!

I guess I'm one of the few that doesn't care if it's a j or ansi enter. I also don't care if it's a small or large backspace.

But I do find the iso enter on those POS boards with clears pretty annoying.

I think that ISO Enters are standard on POS keyboards because it makes them more accessible when using the navigation keys. For me, that's the reason why I don't mind ISO enters on full size keyboards. Following that reasoning - on a Poker/HHKB/mini keyboard with no (dedicated) navigation keys an ISO enter would be a bad idea.

I suppose J Enters are the best of both worlds, at the expense of having a giant ugly unwieldy key on your keyboard.

ISO Enter is a fine looking key. ANSI \ | is nice too, but I suppose you can't have both.

RunStop is a key on commodore machines (VIC 20, 64, 128, probably most PET/CBM machines).

It says, literally
RUN
STOP

If you push it alone, it emits a break,  Shifted, it echoes a command to load and execute (from tape on a VIC or most 64s, from disc on the portable SX-64 with no tape unit option)

Eyesnine:  I want one of those |\ keys with the won symbol instead of backslash, both as a novelty and as a nod to a mild case of Koreaphilia.

Not sure why, but I really love this * key from the doubleshot group buy.  I have a tenkeyless so no proper place for it.  Decided to put it up top.  My dedicated getcloudapp.com upload button.

Splutter splutter! They're Carriage Return keys! Commonly mislabelled "Enter".

Actually, I have some appreciation for the various "gui" keys on modern keyboards as a contrast to Windows/Command. Like the "home" key on EEEpc's.

Well, new line is Return + Line Feed. Some IBM terminal keyboards had Line Feed on the front face of the return keycap, but usually Return in IBM terminology referred to Carriage Return + Line Feed.
