Bolt modded Ms in Bucharest
« on: Sun, 31 July 2011, 11:28:28 »
If you're a Romanian and always wanted a 3 kilos M (but you were too cheap to pay inter continental shipping), now's your lucky day. I'm out of boxes, lazy and so not in the mood of looking for boxes. Buy me a beer in Bucharest, drive test one and buy it.

Both of these two boards are bolt modded and are premium examples of how a well preserved Model M should look like. These two models (1390120 and 1390131) are a bit harder to find and they are also very clean and pube free, off course. I want market price, but I really don't know what that'd be. We'll sort it out.

NOTE: The blank keys caps on the 0120 just happened to be on the board. They are not necessarily for sale, although I might as well let them go for the right price.

UPDATE: 0131 gone. 0120 remaining.

What's not so obvious in the pictures is that they do come with cords, too.

I kinda wish I was in Romania now. That '131 is something I've been looking to buy for a while now. The only hard part, in my mind, is finding other Romanians with such good taste in keyboards. We're a small group, after all, so I figure fewer of us in smaller countries.
HHKB Pro 2 -- Custom UNIX layout Unicomp Customizer 101 -- IBM Model M 1391401 (modded to UNIX layout) -- IBM 1397000 (also UNIX layout) -- SSK in UNIX layout -- Model F 122 key in UNIX layout (Soarer USB "native")

CST L-TracX trackball -- Kensington Expert Mouse trackball

Yes, a small group indeed. I'm the only guy I know. Hehe

Hm.. Are you looking for the entire board? Or do you want a 0131 case?

There were some other RO folks but they didn't stick around.

I have friends in Brasov but none are really into keyboards.
