Tandy 1000TL keyboard (circa 1988) - which switches?

I've owned many machines in my day, but the one that had the best keyboard of them all was probably the Tandy 1000TL that came out in 1989. It was something of a Model M clone, and had a solid and tactile feel. I have no idea which switches it used, but looking at videos of some Topre-based boards, it seems like it had a similar mechanism as best I can recall.

Does anyone have any idea what switches the 1000TL keyboard used? Also, while we're at it, what did the venerable Model M use?

The Model M used buckling spring switches.  The Mechanical Keyboard Guidehas plenty of info.
