New w/out box 1988 IBM Industrial Model M 1396055

I have another thread with all the stuff I have for sale, but I thought this deserved it's own thread.

This Model M is, as far as I can tell brand new. It feels new, smells, new, and looks new. I have searched for anything that would be a sign of wear and literally cannot find anything. The cord looks like it has never been stretched, the case is spotless, the rubber footies have no wear, and the flip-out risers have no wear as well. This board comes with a black SDL AT connector and not PS/2.

I did open it up to inspect the inside and there literally wasn't even dust inside. This was obviously in a box somewhere for a very long time. There were 13 or so broken rivets. I assume the plastic got brittle over time and they broke from movement. I tested the board and each key works and feels just as crisp as another brand new M I have.

This particular model seems to be very rare. Here is the rundown:
Part #: 1390655
ID #: 1001734
Date: 23MAR88
Plt # J1

What really made this stand out to me was the model number. I have never seen a 1390655 that is this old. clickeykeyboards.com shows that they have sold 3 of these part numbers, all in the 1991 and from the same day. Those boards all had serial numbers in the 5xxxx range which leads me to believe this is from the first run of this board, but I'm not 100% sure.

The second thing that stand out is the AB sticker in place of the standard IBM one. This keyboard was made for Allen Bradley and came badged that way from the factory.

I really am not sure how to price this. I bought this with the full intent of using it and keeping it, but I have since decided I want to go a different route. I will keep it open to offers from now and go from there.

Pics are attached below.

Edit: the pic shows some dirt on the AB label. It wiped right off.

Yeah ebay it.

Subjectively I'd like to swindle it from you cheaply, but I know you'll get a better price there.
