A new member with 0 posts.... is asking about shipping to Canada, shouldn't be a big deal just a tad more expensive right?

Also can I get into trouble for making the custom's value like $19.95 to avoid fees for the buyer/ are the Canadian agents that dumb that they will value a high-end mechanical keyboard in a brown box at $19.95?
