Good condition clear stems that were cleaned of old gummy lube, in brand new blue switch housings. Swapping stems between sticking and non-sticking ergo-clears didn't change which switches would stick down. I'm suspecting variations in the spring contacts of the virgin blue switches, as even the blue stems would vary in tactility and noise in certain switch housings. Might just need to swap the blue springs into used clear switch housings, spring contacts just might need to be broken in.
I think I had the same situation, I tried using the ergoclear stem spring combo in a virgin blue housing and it was sticking, but in my 2 month used black kb's switch housing the switches do not stick at all.
On another note the switches feel different than browns imo in that it doesn't feel like a tactile bump really in the middle of the stroke, it's more akin to the buckling spring or snappy rubber dome feeling of having a higher initial force needed but for a really short distance than the same ease of pushing down. I guess it's similar to the way blue's work but with the "release" I guess you'd call it of that pressure coming earlier, and in my opinion it lines up better with the actual switch actuation and makes for me personally a much better typing experience than the blues or browns.
sry kinda late and a noob at keyboards(only owned a mech kb since may) but this is just my humble opinion and observation.
