Small ISO keyboard with Cherries?
« on: Wed, 07 September 2011, 00:54:03 »
I've been looking for a small-footprint keyboard with browns or reds in the ISO layout but I can't seem to find much. I don't care about key legends, any ISO layout will do (French, Swedish, German, UK English, whatever).
Keyboardco has tenkeyless brown Filcos, but that's about it. The Poker, the Noppoo Choc, the Leopold and all the rest seem to only come in ANSI. Anyone have a lead on a not-too-expensive plate-mounted ISO keyboard with reds or browns? I'd prefer reds. If it's cheap, I might even go for something with a numpad.

I think the Filco Tenkeyless is probably the only game in town given those requirements.

On deskthority.net there is a thread about the interest check for an ISO version of the KBC pocker, that hopefully could end on a real product.

BTW Cherry has a number of compact keyboards, still with numpad but more compact than a full sized board.

Doesn't look like an ISO version of the KBC Poker will happen anytime soon. Atleast not for the next group buy as the last post in the interest check thread states:

Everyone wants ISO and ISO is nowhere near ready. Unless we find 20 people for a second run of ANSI ones, its not happening.

Is there any information if the Coolermaster tenkeyless will be released as an ISO version?

A bit on topic, is there a complete blank keys set for sale matching a Filco ISO TK? Or this will do? (white+grey would be nicer)
