Curiousity got the better of me, are the keycaps ABS or PBT as your post doesn't appear to mention that. They do come in both variety from Qtan so I feel it is an important question when assessing the price. If they are ABS then that price is basically a brand new one, if they are PBT then that is a great deal.
edit: appears to be ABS, and definitely not a bad deal for anyone interested. Just bare in mind that ABS keycaps do tend to become shiny faster than PBT keycaps.

This is your standard ABS keycaps.

Price of a brand new one from qtan is approximately $82 + $16 shipping.  You're looking at $98 shipped from China/Hong Kong via Postal Mail (DHL is an additional $4-8 dollars for expedited shipping).  I'd say $30 off is a decent buy for 5 months of usage, but certainly not the price of a brand new one from qtan.  Considering he is also a North American seller, your package would typically arrive a couple days earlier as well.

Looks like its ABS since the font is white, the PBT ones have a more pinkish/brown color to them.

Also looks like qtan sells the ABS one for ~$81 + $16 shipped to US - so $97 shipped. So at $70 shipped its still a decent deal I think since you save $27.

Ah I had forgotten the shipping from Qtan wasn't included, it has been a while since I last went to his website and somewhere else I ordered from had it included. Thank you for mentioning that though.
