Is it used or lightly used? What are the white dots on the keys, packing foam particles? Why are you selling?

Very lightly used. The white dots are specs of dust. The only cosmetic imperfection on this keyboard is a barely noticeable shine on the spacebar. You have to hold it to the light at an angle to even be able to see it. I am selling all my gaming gear because I need to focus on my schoolwork. Thanks for the interest.
