WOW, I've bought 2 new calculators and they all suck really bad.
Do you guys know any calculator that is NKRO...at least 2KRO.
Obviously when you type on a calculator really fast, you'll need 2kro. HP and Texas Instrument noob engineers...

I do most of my calculating in a Python console under Linux. (Python console sucks under DOS/Windows... not Insert mode by default)

I returned the Texas Instrument BA ii plus professional and bought online a HP 12C 30th anniversary (
http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/us/en/sm/WF05a/215348-215348-64232-20036-215349-5154839.html
). Btw, the HP 12C allows input to be entered in algebraic mode as well as RPN mode. The key feeling on the 12c is superior.
The "scan rate" on the TI is lower than on the 12c. If you like to enter numbers real fast (I like to use two fingers), it can be deadly during exams.
The HP12C looks sick too, compared to the BA II Plus. Although the BA II Plus sucks, I've been using a TI-89 for 7 years now, and would recommend this calculator anytime as the scanning rate is OK.
A think a 2-kro would be nice though !
