[Ebay] Interesting keyboard, switch type?

I can't find any information on this keyboard, I thought someone might be interested in it. Keycaps look like they might be double shot, but don't trust me for knowing that.

Since I'm a newbie I can't post links, copy "vintage - ft04 keyboard WITH roman numeral keys ! ! ! 400433-001 rare" into ebay's search.

Junk?

I don't know what kind of computer or terminal that it is for, but the switches look like Key Tronic foam-and-foil switches. (linear with a soggy landing)
