Importing Keyboards from Asia to the UK?

I ordered a keyboard from PCHome. Total came to around £70 including shipping. Would I be charged anything extra once it arrives in the UK?

You have to pay import VAT but no customs duty. So you have to pay £14 import VAT.

I thought PChome is 20$ for 5kg of parcel?
