OEM soup

Is there a thread or wiki outlining which company builds which keyboards, and in which country?

If not, post here and I will compile the info for a wiki.

I am just interested in how many brands there are, but how few companies actually make the boards.

For instance;

Costar make Filco boards, but also makes the Rosewill 9000 boards which are so close that the 9000s say Filco inside of them in multiple places.  The TT Meka G1 and Mionix models also appear to be the same model with a different name.  The cooler master tkl model I just picked up is also a costar product that is identical to the filco.  I know different products from the same oem can differ, but these boards seem extremely close or identical.

Between iOne (blackwidow, xarmor) and Costar they must have a huge portion of the market.

Who builds ducky, leopold, das and the base boards for WASD?

What I know that are Costar: Das, WASD, Steel series, Thermaltake, Ozone, Mionix
CM is not identical to Filco. Single layer PCB, different case, LED indicator in keycaps etc.
I asked someone about Ducky, and they said it was Costar.
There are conflicting reports on Leopolds, but it made in Taiwan. Some guy on a Taiwanese forum said it is Strongman, but Strongman has been out of business for couple of years. I guess right now I wouldn't be surprised it is a Costar seeing how many different boards they manufacture.
Zowie is made in Taiwan... Costar?

Noppoo, PLU, and Razer are made in China. Don't know the OEM.

Sorry I had a mistake there.

The cmstorm rapid fire tkl seems to be a leopold.  Just by looks and construction, keys.

No good sources for this info?

Should I bother trying to compile a wiki?

Every post i've read until this one has placed CM Storm's quick fire rapid 80% in the Costar OEM pile. It has the same dimensions and weight as the Filco Majestouch 2(356 x 135 x 33mm) unlike Leopold (362 x 140 x 33mm).

All in all looks like a more functional but less minimalistic looking Filco. I imagine the keycaps aren't that great but wouldn't mind someone confirming any of this? I just wish I had the option to get MX Browns in the country I am in but blues will be fine just gotta wait a bit longer till I can order...
