mATX LGA 1156 motherboard

I'm tired of having such a terrible computer (as I am currently on a P4) and already have a CPU, case, GPU, and power supply for my new computer. The next step is a motherboard. It must fit the following requirements:

mATX form factor
Socket LGA 1156
4 RAM slots
At least one PCIe x16 slot
At least one PS/2 port, preferably two
Preferably S/PDIF input and output with 24/96 recording capability

If anyone has what I'm looking for, please let me know! I'm located in 98057 for shipping purposes.

Just grab one off newegg or something.... Also i doubt your going to find a optical in on a motherboard and PS/2 ports are getting scarse as well.

I got a ECS H61H2-M2 for LGA 1155 (sandy bridge)... Wrong socket tho :)
