Springs to do an ergo clear mod
« on: Sun, 01 January 2012, 16:04:35 »
Since I tried the ergo clears from Ceesa's gaming switch PCBs (still running at deskthority), I wonder where and how I could find some blue/brown/red springs to do my mod. I can get G80-3000s with blues from amazon.de for 55 euros each but I don't like the idea of tearing apart and throwing away good keyboards just to get springs...

If anyone has an idea on the way for me to proceed, I'd be happy to hear your comments. I'll need a lot of them (got a cherry g80-2100 that has something like 120 keys and planning on buying a standard ISO board for work with 105 keys).

Hi!

I have pcbs with blue switches from used boards available. How many pcbs would you need? They have 103blue/1green and cost 28€ including worldwide shipping (~0.27€ per switch) per PCB. If you take 3 or more I can give you a nice discount.
