Belkin Nostromo N52 Speedpad Macro Settings
« on: Mon, 09 January 2012, 05:23:54 »
Hey guys I have a question if anyone has one of these speedpads.

What I'm trying to do is make a macro, for example I press 1 key which will hold down 3 keys at the same time while pressed, ie it will press and hold up arrow, c key, and left arrow keys until I release the key on the speedpad.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Their standard drivers come with a great macro recording program.

The Razer branded ones, the Belkin TE branded ones and the regular Belkin ones all have different drivers that are incompatible with each other :\

I really am thinking about getting one of these... Cherry modding it and then using it. I don't know how many peripherals my school will allow before they think I'm planting a bomb.:frown:

Have you check this link? May help you with your decision on modding :) http://www.techrepublic.com/photos/cracking-open-the-belkin-n52te-controller/217706

I've got one of the Belkin models and really dig it. It took some time to get fluent at using it, but now its just an extension of my hand. Great with games, 3d-modeling etc :)
