Yes 219 is good. I usually see them for 259-279 us. 269-299 for the silent.

what is silent?

Normal torpe switches have an audible feedback. The silent is the same feel with a silenced switch to allow it to be tactile with a reduction in the sound.

I thought Topre aren't that loud in the first place. Was there a need to bring out a silent version?

Love the silent "S" version way better than the regular. That's my opinion and obviously my preference. After trying the silent I had to have 2, one for work and one for home. I then promptly sold my regular variable Realforce as I knew it would be collecting dust with the S in the house.
Current in order of preference:  RealForce 87U Silent White with variable weighted keys X 2, Filco Majestouch 2 Tenkeyless with Linear Reds, Filco Number-pad, Poker with Linear Reds

Sold or returned:  Multiple Microsoft and Logitech keyboards, Das Keyboard Silent, Cherry 6140, RealForce 103UB, RealForce 86U, Filco Majestouch 2 full sized with Linear Reds

They are the quietest mechanical board IMO...so silent models must be REALLY silent.

No they don't. You can actuate a Topre and hear nothing. All the sound is from bottoming out and keycap returning to its position.
