Why does it have an altgr key on an otherwise ANSI keyboard? The arrowkeys are very nice and WYSE like (my favourite)

Does anyone know about the quality of this board?

I own a Naos 3200, which for the past 5 months hasn't had a single smear or scratch from everyday use and gaming.
