The prices is $74.99 Apply coupon code SAVE15 brings it down to $63.74.

I paid $78 out the door with California tax and 3 day select UPS shipping. Not a bad deal.

I bought one of these yesterday for $73.45. I really like this keyboard. The font on the keys seems to be from some point in the future but I think it looks awesome (see "A" key).

Which type of switches do they use? The main site said it depends on region.

EDIT: Sorry forgot to read the complete title. Disregard me

they're selling them for 66$ + tax and free shipping from directcanada.com. Being canadian I'm really tempted to get the one with blue switches.

Get one, I do not think you will regret it if you do not mind the branding.
Build quality is really up there!
Purchased one from Canada Computers when it went on sale for 64.99 along with an employee discount this past weekend.

They make them in Red, black and brown too, but as far as I know, those haven't hit north america yet.

A rep from CM emailed me back today. They said it should hit the US in the first week of February. Might hold off til then and get myself one with Cherry MX Browns.

Did the rep mention the reds also arriving in the first week of February or just browns?

Hoping someone with one of these will see this:

Anyone know if these keycaps can be easily switched to custom keycaps?
Looking for an affordable TKL with Blues, but like lootbag mentioned, I'd like to change a few keycaps if I can :)

Thanks in advance.

All keycaps can be changed no problem.
Anything that will fit on a Filco, will fit on this keyboard as well.

I just received mine with Cherry Blues yesterday. Coming from a Razer Black Widow Ultimate, this thing is fairly solid but I guess because I was used to the size and wieght of the Black Widow, it has a little bend to it, but certainly not enough that a normal, sane person would tear apart easily. The switches also feel slighty stiffer then the BWU, but they are definitely Blue Cherries, no doubt about that. Also the raised lettering is noticeable on the space bar, but you can order one off EKB for a couple bucks anyway, so that's not really a big deal.

Bend to it? How do you mean?

Mine just came in.  It feels great. Forgot how fun blues are to type on. I won't use them 24/7 but they feel nice. The gray color of the board is pretty cool. Something different then the standard black everyone has. It will look a lot nicer too I imagine once I change out the caps.

It does. I tried to post an updated link last night but for some reason the forum said it needed to be reviewed by a moderator and I still don't see it posted.

You could try FIELDGOAL for $5 off. Not sure if it applies to this item. I got the original DRAGON and this code from retailmenot.com. According to them DRAGON expired on the 23rd.

Well, if you try to twist the board, there is very small amount of give, but I suppose I shouldn't expect it to be made of concrete or anything like that.

I also changed the key caps on it, PBT feels awesome.

Mine came today. I'm actually not a huge fan of the blues right off the bat. I like keys that reset easier/quicker.
So far the MX Black I have is my favorite typing switch. I'd like to try some Browns next and am thinking of getting a Poker with them.

That's odd.  It was $71.98 at amazon.com on March 03.  Has anyone else noticed that the CM seems less "sturdy" feeling that the Filco?  Maybe it's the keycaps, although ripster claims that they are probably the same.

CM and Filco need to have a baby together.  If Filco had that detachable braided USB cable, they'd have just about the perfect keyboard.  :-)

I like the CM more just because of the media keys. They could improve though on the detachable cable, it's a pain in the ass to plug it in.

Pain in the ass? Do you try to plug it in while the board is lying down? Pick it up and turn it over.

I like how the cable is held in pretty securely in that mini-USB port by the case cable routing, With all the reports of removable cables being flaky, It makes me feel better.
