So any suggestions for a budget scissor switch keyboard?

I'll probably get lynched for asking this question here but I'll try anyway.

To briefly explain my situation, I typically use a mechanical keyboard but I just moved and any my wrist is getting absolutely brutalized from typing.
If baffled me for a while but I narrowed the problem down to the height of the desk.

Basically I either have to buy a new chair which I will have to set up in this furnished flat and then sell in 3 months, or I can buy a cheap low profile scissor switch keyboard like the one I'm borrowing right now.

Any suggestions for a cheap scissorswitch board that isn't a PoS?
Obviously the feel doesn't compare but at least I don't feel like I'm getting CTS with every stroke.

Ripster reviewed an apparently pretty good cheap ass scissor switch here.
Risen from the dead for a model F.

Wyse buy colors were GSY for the dark grey, GBA for the light grey, and BBI for the fonts.
