Flash definitely still uses the dt35, the guy is borderline OCD with his setup, measuring distance and angles between his monitor and keyboard, taping down his mousepad, etc. He'll likely use the same gear until he dies.

are clear switches lighter than black switches? im looking for a switch that has an actuation force in between reds & blacks

Clear switches feel like blue switches, without the click sound. But they are a bit heavier and I find it hard to play for an extended span of time without noticing the fatigue on my fingers.
You might want to try brown switches if you prefer something heavier than reds and lighter than blacks. You might also want to try blue. Blue is 5g heavier than brown, it also gives off a clicky feel on top of the normal tactile bump when actuating. Browns only have the tactile bump.

Red and black switches are the only two popular linear switches, most others have tactile points.

The actuation is between them at 55.

According to the wiki it is between the two. But the stem causes it to have a bigger "bump" (than browns).

indeed, ergo clears have what I call "upstroke hysteresis"

impossible to fast double tap in that ****! terrible for sc2
