But I think that a lot of "Pro" (aka masters) will sneak in the amateur league (borrow lower accounts) just to get the prize!

Its really obvious when someone of higher skill plays down leagues. When you watch their games. Also, I have a good amount of trust with the people on this forum. I wouldn't trust people on zeek/playhem. Hell I was a diamond playing down to gold on Playhem and still not winning.

I like the idea of splitting "pros" and amateurs but there really only were like 3 other players in Masters league in the 1st tournament (I might be wrong but definately no more than 5) . Seems kind of silly to have a "tournament" between 5 people although I am positive there will be a much better turnout in the next tourny .

Yeah seems kind of silly to have 3-5 people in a tourney, but it also seems kind of silly for a gold player to have any chance at winning against diamonds and masters.

Come join NA! xD I have NA,EU and SEA. I am crazy like that. I started with SEA, got NA free from blizz and then bought Collectors Edition EU. Too bad almost never play EU and get to see my awesome CE Thor.

Sea players who registered in the first few months of release were given NA as well, as Oceanic players tend to play on NA servers (I think this idea came from the WoW servers. Tons of Sea players on the NA server and not on oceanic servers).

I don't know, you might be able to find some retailer that sells just keys online for a good price.

If you don't mind about LA languages (Portuguese or Spanish), you can pay a bit less. I've upgraded my LA/NA account (Portuguese) to unlimited for 52 BRL (instead of 52 USD, for the english version).

If we do split the tournament up into plat/gold below and above, then the people at lower leagues should be able to decide which tournament they want to be in.

Bumping this up to see if anyone has some ideas as for the tournament layout for Round 2. As you guys know Bruce from keyboardco will be sponsoring this round with a Filco Camo board for the grand prize.

Here is the final bracket from round 1:

Looking to fill these spots that were byes before!

People were throwing around ideas for different skill level brackets so it would be more fair and give the lower leagues to win some caps or whatever would be additional prizes.

ALSO still looking for the 2nd place winner. I cant send him geekhack key if he doesnt post or PM me! Namkung your keys are on the way I was going to wait to ship both prizes at once but don't want you waiting for another month :-)
