Keyboard Problem
« on: Sun, 12 February 2012, 01:27:26 »
hey guys, my buddy gave me his meka g unit to test. He told me that the Left Ctrl sounds weird compared to the other keys, and it does.. It makes you think it feels different also, but when listening to music and pressing it compared to another key the feel is the same. But the sound is sooo different, I tried to clean it with some compressed air, nothing, Also is the switch Plate mounted?

thanks in advance

You've picked the deadest time of the week to ask a question and expect an answer in 8hrs ?   Give it some time.

If it has a wire costar stabilizer take the key off and lube the 4 contact points where wire meets keyboard and key. Check ripster's spooge wiki. For key removal and which lube. (I use dielectric grease because it's plastic safe, the right consistency and can be found at any auto store)
