I think i know this already but want to confirm before i waste several hours of my life.
Am i correct in thinking that to separate a plate from its PCB i need to de solder all the switches. I ordered a very cheap 102 from eBay it works fine feels realy nice but the plate is insanely rusty and i want to clean it up right nice.
The dell is very nice ( once i replaced the alpha numeric keys with caps from my ACER as the dell ones where a bit yellow black alps are better than i was expecting
