I was planning on keeping a more-or-less full cherry set for myself, and making up a bunch to give out to GH'ers, or sell for $parts. The plan was to do a small PCB, and connect it to some-sort of plate somehow. That's neither here-nor-there for this GB, and I probably won't feel sufficiently motivated until the summer.

At $10.25 for the keys and $7 for the shipping I think you have bought more than enough. Any more than that is your decision and your money.

I say per person; capping as an overall just makes the prices naturally high. At ~10 per person it allows for good pricing and still keeps things reasonable. I do, however, want to have the option for a direct-donate to GH on the next one.
