It's quite a bit smaller. The keys are 93% size if I recall, so not quite normal. It's very comfy to hold it in your hands when you need to use the "mouse" part of it. The top right circle is a sensor that you rub your thumb across as well as right click when you push down on it. The left circle is left click.
