Looks like it's from Tarkoon's G80-2551HAD sets. The blue legends are really good pad printing.

Ah, it was not -- I added two left shifts. Luckily there is one right shift left, which is now yours.

Heh not yet. They will likely ship Tuesday or Wednesday as I have to get some more labels for the bubble mailers before I can even start making out addresses, and I'm swamped for today.
