Help me find a similar MKB layout

Has anyone had any hands on experience with the Lenovo KB that’s in this link?  It's a fairly common office cookie cutter KB that comes with most Lenovo desktops but I happen to LOVE this layout (not including the rubber hand rest).  Muscle memory of 10+ years of using this (and prior IBM model) at both work/office = very tough for me to switch to a different layout.  I’ve tried a number of mech KBs now (Filco full, Filco tenkeyless, SS 7G, Razer Blackwidow, etc) to no avail and ultimately returned them b/c they did not feel comfortable, especially after coming back home after a long day of working and getting in front of a different layout is almost impossible for me.  Is there something similar to this?  Preferably Cherry blues.  Thank you.

EDIT - I'd also prefer somethings that's on the larger size w/r/t the keys/spacing between the keys as I have large hands.  That was my biggest issue with the Filco.

I thought the layout is pretty common/standard? Typical US ANSI but 1.5x sized Ctrl keys(and thus shorter spacebar)? At home, I am using the keyboard on my laptop(Dell Vostro 3700), Razer BWU, and Keycool 87(typical tenkeyless layout). At the computer lab of my school, it is using the one in your picture. I don't even find any problems to swap in between all the 4keyboards I stated...

I still don't find any significant different in layout between FILCO and the Lenovo(apart from the different sized Ctrl keys I mentioned). I suggest that you can't get use/not comfortable with the switch, not the layout on the FILCO?

Back on topic, if normal US ANSI layout not suit you, may be your choice is to go for kinesis advantage as it do seems to had a larger spacing from picture(I not really sure as I didn't own one in person).

Ctrl key + shortened caps lock.  Also, that Lenovo IMO is the best rubber dome kb I’ve ever used.  I’m almost inclined to try a mechanical switch closer to the Lenovo switches…if that makes sense.  They just don’t feel like the standard rubber domes you get with every other KB.

LOL, do that little different(ctrl key and caps lock) really matters to you? There isn't an exact mechanical keyboard which having exactly the same standard or layout.
If you really do need the larger Ctrl key, may be you can find (Razer BWU? but you said you dislike it...) Realforce keyboards. It should be the "best rubber dome" keyboard out there, coming with big(1.5x sized) Ctrl keys too. For the stepped Caps Lock, don't really have any idea for it, but does it REALLY affecting your typing?

EDIT: Just remembered that its predecessor - IBM Model M should be the closest fit, but I doubt it feel "rubber dome"-ish enough(but it is certainly CLICKIER than MX Blue, which also one of your preference?)...
