Im in the US also and have not received my order. I'm guessing I was on the other google doc that was created some how. Now just waiting and hoping they will show up some time soon in the near futre. Also PMed tsangan with no response yet so maybe he is working on it???

Just relax. The keys are probably sent. If you have a problem, you should try to message the thread starter about that problem.
Many people have not gotten their keys yet, so we are just waiting. Shipping can take a lot of time some times. It all depends on all the people dealing with your particular package. I had to wait six weeks for three keys to arrive. Has it even been two weeks since these were shipped?

what im trying to say is, i placed an order but he did not ask payment or anything from me, nor confirm my order,despite filling up the form already long ago

That's a different story then. I am guessing you tried messaging tsangan about this. I hope you get it resolved. tsangan is known to not be too active on the weekends, so give him a little bit of time.
