I live in Vegas, and I own an IT consulting company.  Web design isn't really my thing, and I mostly outsource it to Indian developers since I don't have a lot of time for it and it isn't my specialty.  Now, I'll probably reach out to this guy since his work is so great, and his prices are well below what I pay the Hindi's for even better work.  Thanks for the heads up.

Of course I was being sarcastic.  I did better work on Geocities using Compuserve and dial up back in the 90s.  However, I do have an IT consulting company in Las Vegas, but with a focus on servers, desktops, and networking.  I also wasn't being sarcastic about paying Hindi's to do web development.  They do it so cheaply that it isn't worth my time to do it.  While it isn't the best, it is good enough most of the time.  The difference is that I am up front about it with my customers, rather than just lie about it and take the mark up.
