After the bend, the M, <, and > keys start causing something inside the keyboard to vibrate. I can even place my hand next to that area of the keyboard and feel it. This only occurs in those areas. I've tried this on multiple desks in multiple rooms, this is not some placebo BS. This isn't acceptable for a $100+ keyboard when some no name mech keyboard won't do this.

Should I RMA from Amazon?

Can't imagine your $100 keyboard likes being bent every day.

Given the troll face avatar i'll assume you are trolling.

Can't possibly imagine what is vibrating in there on a side note how is this not your fault? :| I am aware some filcos don't sit straight on desks but these things aren't made of elastic so I don't see why you'd bend every day.

Damn Amazon won't accept a return.

Well I placed magazines underneath it, it sorta is a fix for it. Still dumb.

The McRip Effect

The McRip Effect is bull****. You heard it hear first. The McRip effect is one person trying to tell the buyer that his defect is something he should accept and not freak out about. Thx,
I hate everything.

It's not macrip stuff, but to be honest, you'll get used to it Like i did. Try put those 2 feet up that should "remedy" the issue.

Yeah that fixes it too, but I'd prefer the magazines still.

Rubberized drawer liner from Wal-Mart is cheap and works great. Helps with noise, keeps things from sliding around, and levels out minor irregularities.

You can choose from cheerful colors, too.
From the US Constitution, Article 1, Section 8 :

The   Congress   shall have Power
To declare War,  grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To provide for calling forth the Militia  to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

the case is made from plastic, since you put so much weight on it, buy a wrist rest as well as an aluminum, wood or carbon case from the group buy area. You should buy one of these babies http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?29827-Custom-KBC-Poker-Aluminum-Tray-amp-More-)

says for poker but he said he would be doing one for Filcos as well.  Theres also this http://deskthority.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1804

Also read this thread very carefully LINK

Totally McRip effect, right?
Note the surface is the counter beside stove, meaning it is definitely flat unless the worker mess it up.

I'm seriously consider writing a lengthy thread discussion about what McRip effect is and how GeekHack is using it wrong.
Since it is near end of term in Canada (University),  I don't have time but a quick run down from what I still remember in my PYSC100 class.
Human are "hardwired" to learn language just like spider can lay web without learning.
The area in your brain that process language in your brain is called Wernicke's area. Link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wernicke%27s_area
Quote from wiki "reflexive mimicking of words and their syllables that associated the sensory and motor images of spoken words."
It means it associated image such as text to the words in your brain.
There is another area in your brain that turn words into sound in your brain.
Combine these together, it the reason you are hearing "voices" when you are reading.
In other words, McRip effect only apply to language.
Unless Human are hardwired to perceive Filco keyboard will ping and wobble, it is NOT McRip effect.
NOTE: I'm way over simplifying things, again I don't have the time.
It have long annoy me that many geekhack member have no idea about actual science, yet try to make it sound like science.

Filco has a year warranty best contact Bruce from the keyboardCo (given that they supply amazon stock) and see if there's anything that can be done.

On wobble...

There have been days where I have been convinced that both my keyboards are unstable literally rocking back and forth I assume this has something to do with the wood on my desk and the weather. I don't think anyone is crazy I just don't think your desks are as level as you think xD.

Amazing how the words before effect the words after but I hear you. I think the true meaning for McRip effect is that the problem is superficial and not really much of a problem.

A $5 keyboard won't have these issues but a $150 keyboard will. Sorry, these issues are not superficial.
