Just modded my Model M, 1395985, so it now has white LEDs for Num Lock + Caps lock, and a colour cycling LED for Scroll lock:

Note: The webcam I used makes the light look much brighter than it is. I used a thin paper label and some diffuse plastic (seen taped on with blue tape) to diffuse and soften the light output, so it's not so bright and distracting. Then again... you can always turn these LEDs *OFF*.
