SOLD

I recently got 4 unused Realforce 87U variable silents in a trade with Awry, 2 white and 2 black, and am looking to sell one or two of them. The white one pictured below has never been typed on, but I took it out of the box to switch its keycaps with those of a black board.

I'm looking for $300 shipped to North America (US or Canada). The normal price is $345 but they are now on sale for $310 at elitekeyboards so you save $10 and the cost of shipping but perhaps more interestingly you get to have this neat color combination from the keycap swap. If you live outside of North America your interest is welcome too but I'll have to check what shipping costs.

Comes with the original box and all the things inside it, including a red escape and lavender WASD keys.

I'd also be interested in trading for a Happy Hacking Professional 2 if anybody happens to be looking to swap one for a Realforce.

That's a pretty substantial trade.  I don't think I want to know what was on the other end of it.  These are pretty groovy.  GLWS!!!

I'll have one in a few days probably. I traded for two white ones and two black ones and he just sent one of each so far which I switched the caps on (going to be keeping the white on black that's the brother of the one pictured here). When the second two come I'll have a white on white and a black on black and I'll PM you about the white on white.

Nothing that big heh. Traded most of the stuff from here: list http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?23819-Magic-the-Gathering-cards-for-any-mech-boards
The biggest things are the 20 dual lands and the force of wills probably.

Hrm... I hope the 10th anniversary 87u group buy is still on..
Otherwise I would jump at this, esp. since we are both in Canada!

Variable is where it's at! Your pinkies aren't as strong as your index fingers, so the variable weight makes it uniform relative to finger strength. :)
Typing on it is great. When I was playing an FPS game though I have to admit that I did accidentally press down the lighter A key sometimes though. Don't have the same problem in SC2 though.

^This.
You should consider it, hashbaz XD How are you enjoying the HHKB anyway?
And why is this not gone yet? This is ridiculously tempting.

Like it, don't love it.  And I already have a variable RF.
