Ha, I didn't even see that. Selling by the pound. If it's not selling I may have to drop the price to $99/lbs.

What in your opinion makes the TypeNow Solid more expensive than lets say a Filco (aside from the metal case), is it higher quality?

well, it's really just a leopold in a fancy case. but the case is awesome. feels great and the thing is heavy to where it is definitely not sliding around on your desk.

so yeah, it screams quality.

A desert eagle (brand new) retails for about $1,929 last time I checked. Not sure about the guns he's interested in though.

Damn... desert eagle does look pretty nice. Sig P238 MSRP is $680-$780 and Ruger Mark III MSRP is $380-$660 depending on which model you're looking at. Online stores prices are about $100-150 lower than MSRP.

Geez, you guys are lucky as hell to have the right to buy and own these guns.

We in Australia lost that right years ago.  I still remembered in 1972 my Dad use to own some Winchesters and some Ruger Sixes and you can easily buy some boxes of ammo at KMart.  He was so proud of them when it came to killing Foxes and Crows.

Now we can only watch guns on CSI episodes or any US made movies and series.  Sad that it has come to this.

The prices for these two guns are not unacceptable, but the gorgeous desert eagle's price is !$#@%&^%!$.

I have probably touched a real gun only once in my life. :/  Not sure if a foreign student can buy one though. The desert eagle is a way attempting.

Just like your taste in keyboards.. seems like you like the nice guns also....

We are twins, I have a Sig 229E2 .... its nice to know I am not the only one selling keyboards to pick up some guns...

GLWS .... if you like the all metal sigs, its time to get a CZ75 or nice 1911.

Hey, jpm804!! You read my mind. The Sig P238 I want to get is the HD version which all stainless steel. It's a baby 1911 - good for concealed carry. I was looking at CZ75 the other day but one gun at a time. Or 2 guns if somebody would buy my TypeNow.

I know that scene. That's Porter taking out the guy who owed him $70,000 in Payback.

Spacebar is the original one that came with the keyboard. It's a Leopold-type spacebar.
