Filco Majestouch - ctrl + r doesn't work?

Hey everyone,

Today I was playing some games and noticed an odd combination not working - specifically ctrl+r.  In the game ctrl+t could work for the action, but not the other.  Does anyone else have issues with this?

More info:

Mine is a 104 NKRO, but unfortunately the adapter got pooched so I'm on USB.  Would using an adapter fix this again?  Do I need a specific USB > PS/2 adapter for NKRO to work, or would a cheap one from monoprice work fine?

Are you holding down any other buttons when pressing CTRL+R?

Well, I'm an idiot.  Seems a global shortcut was being used for who knows what.  Closed >_>'
