The great dilemma for me about this situation is the double nature of the group buys: on the one hand, the GB is a join effort of hobbyist not looking for profit. On the other hand, this group of people are hiring the services of someone providing the goods and service (Imnsto and the keycap makers), these should be professional services independently of the nature of the client, as far as he pays the bill.
I can't ask for total professional service from the people doing all the stuff in the GB for free, just for the sake of sharing an contributing with the community. I understand this is a business for Imnsto. I'm almost sure he has been quite flexible and patient about MOQs and other details of the GB to make this happen, but it's also great to get some level of service. I don't know if we are getting what we have paid or if I'm mistaken about the convenience of this business for Imnsto and we are asking for much more than we deserve.
Due to this "confusing" nature of the GB, I don't go crazy about delays in the shipment (I don't know if I should, but it's my silly nature
