Most keys have black stems with blue springs. The keys with LEDs still have black springs and stems. I can include enough springs to convert these as well if you would like. Will include the entire 87 set of Ragnarock keys minus the SP spacebar. Include spacebar is from WASD.

The switches with LED's would have to be de-soldered in order to change them out. That or destroy the LED to remove the switch housing.
If anyone wants to buy this, I can swap out the switches and LED's for you.

All keys have black stems. Keys that have an LED have black springs installed. Keys that don't have LEDs have blue springs.

(Black stems + blue springs) == ghetto reds

Haha. I only have two HHKBs, because I really like the Topre switch. I had a Das, but it was massive. How are Pokers?

the kbc poker is the best keyboard ever made.
until the hhkb people decide to make a new version with a more standard layout (caps lock, backspace in normal area....)

I have to say both my pokers are excellent keyboards. Only thing that could be improved would be the use of Costar stabilizers, but that's a personal preference.
