Impressions ShortBoard Black, USB, with 2 port USB hub
« on: Mon, 25 June 2012, 06:53:51 »
All, this is my first post so apologies if I make the usual first mistakes - wrong forum, repeat question or just bad etiquette.

I'm currently experience "mouse shoulder" pains in my right side (well to be accurate my right upper arm) due to over reaching for the mouse using a standard keyboard with the number pad.

Solution - numpad-less keyboard.  Looked at Filco's, Realforce etc but these are costly and I'm worried about annoying the heck out of my colleagues - its an open plan office.

The kind folks at http://www.keyboardco.com (Martin Lawrence) has suggested the ShortBoard keyboard as a possible solution.  Now from the review of spec this doesnt look like a mechanical keyboard so this post risks being off topic.  However, needs must and before I go ahead and purchase, has anyone come across it and has personal experience of this keyboard?  Found one not very useful so far.

Thanks for the confirmation Djuzuh.

I'll post my impressions of it once I can get work to pay for it!
