I have not looked to close at it, but is a 'theme' a template + CSS or is it just CSS? Are you open to additional themes?

Like I said somewhere else. I hope the most active member forums are kept, if pushed to the bottom of the forum tree. Dan has some very interesting stuff in his forum, and he contributes more than your average user. Just saying.
