ever wondered why " AF " ? does it have meaning, is it just to throw you off and because it looks so nice??
why did i do it? brainstorming and an objective approach followed by logic go a long way...

What, you want effort?  It's more fun to throw out wild-ass stories and conjecture.  And less work.

Now this is suspicious. It’s someone believing IPs actually prove something? There are people like that here?

There are certain geographies and features of a host located at such an IP that can tell you a WHOLE lot.  For instance I can tell you that it's very difficult to show up from a country completely different from your own on a non-proxy bearing IP that is owned by an ISP that doesn't have hosting services (so no VM there).

mkawa i don't accept, you could cheat easily ^^

it's funny how you waste your efforts always taking for granted i am kawa after i say i'm willing to prove otherwise instead of devising a tactic to back me up against a wall...

i will accept "every" challenge you have to prove i am not who you think and to confirm who i am.
i won't reveal myself unless you guess my "name" with evidence. (you may try to cheat at will but can you outsmart me to be able to get away without me noticing it's a cheat?)
but i am confident no matter what i do you will never uncover the truth of my identity. you may eventually figure out the key's purpose, etc, and i would hope so, but that will not be affected by any challenge you offer me directly.

I predict there will be some people receiving mystery keys with a return address of "Mr. E. Kawa" in comic sans.

By putting my prediction here it is bound to come true if Mkawa's mystery senders are reading. Unless Mkawa threatens them not to...

@ak-xs: Welcome to Geekhack!

Please send me a mystery key cap ;)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

kawa may hate you all, some of you my be freaked out by him and some may be the same as me:

laughing to death. well not the same since i'm laughing because you are so oblivious and you are not most likely...

mkawa the problem is you can just send a PM to everyone to lure me out..i only have 2 accounts so i can't confirm you didn't do that. it's not that i won't accept, you just need to get around that flaw in your test theory.

it puzzles me how you can be so easy to deceive. NA problem ?

i would have never though i would need to actually write to you in this manner. it cuts a bit of the climax to a more game-y level. but then again my favorite keys are Red Cherry's with custom keycaps... i refuse to use anything else (and no, i am not the op of the homemade keycaps' threads. my designs are secret because i want them to remain unique and some of you would ruin that)

PS: i love some of you guys but you ruin this for me by making it too damn easy. you know those keys i sent cost money don't you? the best way to say thanks or get some is to return the favor.
PS2: even if you trace back where the keycaps come from, you'll just hit a dead end wall. not that anyone would manage that even but that wouldn't be enough anyway so don't bribe the mailman ahahah

i forgot to tell you all one thing and now that i am talking openly i might just point it out:

what you do with the keycaps or the instructions is up to you to decide, but if you hold on to them and just keep the number of them you are intended to have, then a special purpose will be served. one i can tell most of you would be proud to support.
but like i said do what you will. there are several reasons and purposes for this "mystery" but in the end only humans will label something as "good" or "bad/evil", life itself just has consequences for each action or lack of.

for future reference: NO i'm not an alien, God or something of the kind... i'm just like you, only with a higher IQ. i hope i cleared that up at the very least. ^^

Your typing screams foreigner.  Many of the keycaps have been shipped to the US. You can't ship international without a return address. None of the packages have had a return address. See, it would be believable if a lot of the packages were inside Europe or any of the Asian countries but very few have gotten them (well I take that back, there have been Koreans that received these but still within Korea).

It's cool you're trying to get the heat off kawa but you're also a terrible liar.

pwnd what?

If its truly you, post the SP invoice with your info blocked out.

Its quite simple why it's kawa.

During the week it started he was traveling through Cali. Hence the different cities in Cali it was coming from.

He worked closely with oneproduct on his alu cases, which explains the Canada shipments. He has a Korean friend with explains the Korean shipments.

So, it's kawa. Case closed.

also :

NA as in North-American. Problem. Problem being easy to deceive. insulting remark about US citizens in a question form is pretty obviously hinting i am foreign. you don't need to analyse my typing to deduce that. also if i wrote the same way as i do with the main account i would be pretty dumb no?

i can't do that. i have an invoice but you could learn a lot from it even if i blocked out my personal info.
it's great you can be so sure. but what is the fun of just denying right evidence and trying to keep the thing going ?
i admit to having help. this isn't a one man job. hell some of you aided the plan..

Therefor he is full of ****. Trust me, I've seen plenty of invoices. The actual order won't give away anything.

You just want to shine that belongs to kawa, which is rather sad.

At first this thread was exciting, because I thought I might actually receive a mystery keycap. Now this is just zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. First we get pwned by R00TW0RM, now this guy. I know it's not mkawa, because he's always been nothing but nice to me, and would have sent me a keycap.
